Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of the booking by the client 24 hours or more before the service appointment:

  • The full amount paid will be refunded without any deductions.

2. Cancellation of the booking by the client less than 24 hours before the service appointment:

  • 30% of the total amount is deducted as an administrative fee and compensation for the vehicle and driver reservation.

3. Failure to attend or cancellation after the service has begun:

  • The reservation is considered used, and no refund claim is entitled.

4. Postponing the booking:

  • The service appointment can be postponed only once.
  • The company must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
  • The postponement is subject to vehicle availability.

5. Refunds:

  • The amounts due will be refunded within a period not exceeding 7 working days.
  • The transfer is to the same account from which the payment was made.

6. Cancellation of the reservation by the company:

  • In case of cancellation due to operational or emergency reasons, the following will apply:
  • A full refund to the customer, or
  • Setting a suitable alternative date according to the client's wishes.
